By accessing and using the co-working space facilities at 444-446 Pulteney Street, Adelaide SA 5000, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our facilities.
2.1 Membership Types: We offer various membership plans including hot desks, dedicated desks, private offices, and meeting room access. Each membership type has specific terms and access rights.
2.2 Access Hours: Members have access to the facility during operating hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, and Sunday 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM, unless otherwise specified in your membership agreement.
2.3 Access Cards: Members will be provided with access cards or codes. These are non-transferable and must not be shared with non-members. Lost or stolen cards must be reported immediately.
3.1 Fees: Membership fees are due in advance on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
3.2 Late Payment: Late payments may result in suspension of access and additional fees. We reserve the right to terminate membership for non-payment.
3.3 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to members.
4.1 Respectful Use: Members must use the facilities respectfully and professionally. Disruptive behavior, excessive noise, or activities that interfere with other members' work are prohibited.
4.2 Cleanliness: Members are responsible for keeping their workspace clean and tidy. Shared areas must be left in the condition you found them.
4.3 Equipment: Shared equipment and amenities are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Members must handle all equipment with care and report any damage immediately.
4.4 Meeting Rooms: Meeting rooms must be booked in advance. Bookings are subject to availability and may have additional fees depending on your membership type.
5.1 Personal Property: We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Members are encouraged to secure their belongings and not leave valuables unattended.
5.2 Security Measures: While we maintain security measures including CCTV and access control, we cannot guarantee complete security. Members use the facilities at their own risk.
5.3 Emergency Procedures: Members must familiarize themselves with emergency exits and procedures. Follow all safety instructions and report any hazards immediately.
6.1 Guest Policy: Members may bring guests subject to availability and prior approval. Guests must be supervised at all times and members are responsible for their guests' behavior.
6.2 Guest Fees: Additional fees may apply for guest access depending on your membership type.
7.1 WiFi Access: High-speed internet is provided as part of membership. We strive to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
7.2 Acceptable Use: Internet access must be used legally and ethically. Illegal downloads, streaming of inappropriate content, or activities that compromise network security are prohibited.
7.3 Bandwidth: We reserve the right to manage bandwidth to ensure fair access for all members.
8.1 Member Cancellation: Members may cancel their membership with 30 days' written notice. No refunds will be provided for the notice period.
8.2 Our Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to terminate membership immediately for violation of these terms, non-payment, or behavior that disrupts the community or damages our reputation.
8.3 Upon Termination: Members must remove all personal belongings and return access cards. Any items left behind may be disposed of after 7 days.
9.1 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our facilities.
9.2 Member Insurance: Members are responsible for obtaining their own insurance for personal property, liability, and business operations.
9.3 Indemnification: Members agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the facilities or violation of these terms.
10.1 Member Content: Members retain all rights to their work and intellectual property created while using our facilities.
10.2 Our Property: All branding, logos, and materials related to our co-working space remain our property and may not be used without permission.
We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using our facilities, you consent to such processing.
12.1 Professional Conduct: Members must maintain professional behavior at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or offensive conduct will not be tolerated.
12.2 Collaboration: We encourage collaboration and networking, but members must respect others' need for focused work time.
12.3 Events: We may host community events. Participation is optional but attendees must follow event-specific guidelines.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the facilities after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
